Tesla said it plans to resume normal operations on May 4, unless there are any significant changes, according to an email from Valerie capers workman, an in-house legal adviser, to us employees, which Reuters considers an email.
The decision is part of a broader effort to manage costs and achieve long-term plans, the company said in an email after it suspended production of its vehicles in the San Francisco Bay area and New York's solar roof tile plant on March 24.
Tesla did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
