The station will land at the south pole of the moon, collect frozen lunar soil samples, and send them back to the earth in a special capsule.
According to the materials, 594 million 200 thousand rubles (about RMB 64 million 440 thousand) are planned for the preliminary design work, including 27 million 100 thousand rubles (about RMB 2 million 939 thousand) in 2021 and 17 million 100 thousand rubles (about RMB 1 million 854 thousand) in 2022.
