It is the first confirmed case of pneumonia with new coronavirus infection in Tianjin, which was detected by the disease control department of Tianjin, rechecked by China CDC and confirmed by the diagnosis group of the National Health Commission. Another patient, a 58 year old male, recently went on a business trip to Wuhan. After returning to Tianjin, he was admitted to a fever clinic in Wuhan for isolation treatment on January 14 due to fever, cough and other symptoms. The second case of pneumonia with new coronavirus infection was confirmed by the disease control department.
At present, two patients are undergoing further treatment in the designated hospital of pneumonia infected with new coronavirus in Tianjin. The vital signs of two patients are stable, and their close contacts in Tianjin are undergoing medical observation.
