With only 24 days to go before Britain withdraws from Europe, both sides are striving for a favorable position so as not to be blamed for delaying the withdrawal or for not agreeing to withdraw.
The EU leaders' response to the final proposal put forward by the EU to break the stalemate shows that there is a big difference between the two sides in the issue of European disengagement. The European Union was founded in the ruins of the post-World War II era, and Britain was the first member to withdraw from the EU since its establishment.
"What we want to say to our friends is that we have put forward a very generous, fair and reasonable proposal. What we want to hear now is your idea.
"If you disagree with any of our proposals, let's discuss them in detail," he told reporters, reiterating his position that Britain will leave Europe on October 31.
This may be related to the reunification of Britain, the peace of Ireland, global growth and the future of the EU.
He has vowed many times that Britain will depart from Europe in October 31st. He prefers to "die in the trenches" rather than seek further extension of the euro.
His political opponents passed a bill in the British Parliament demanding that if he failed to reach a European Agreement before October 19th, the European Union leaders must send a letter to the European Union to postpone the deadline for delaying Europe.
Campaigners who opposed the withdrawal of the agreement did not require a court to issue an injunction to force the application to postpone the withdrawal of the euro. The court rejected the request on Monday, saying that the government would give the court a guarantee that it would comply with the above bill.
