The axially fixed way of the bearing is unreasonable, so that the inner ring can only increase in the direction of diameter when the bearing is running. Bearings and shafts adopt the same interference tolerance under different loads. The interference of bearing fit is insufficient. The small tolerance load results in the inner ring of friction bearing between bearing and pump journal.

Processing method of inner race of bearing: In order to prevent and reduce the phenomenon of inner race of bearing, before assembling bearing, first check whether the tolerance requirement of shaft meets, and then check whether the tolerance of inner race of bearing is within the range specified by national standard, otherwise replace a new bearing, such as wear of inner race and shoulder of bearing, according to wear condition, it can be used. Padding between contact surfaces to achieve axial fixation, padding should pay attention to assembly size, assembly errors, must be reassembled. The simple and fast method is to use bearing locking glue, which is convenient and practical. The bearing can be heated when it is removed, but the wear gap can not be too large. This method can ensure the service life. The above method can be used when the requirement is not very high, and the axle should be replaced when the requirement is high. On the axle, uniform small pits on the pin. Or stick a very thin metal skin on the axle with a strong glue. These two methods can not guarantee the service life.
