Detailed Operation Procedures for Repairing Bearing Hole Wear of Roller Press on Site
1. On-site confirmation of wear status and wear amount of bearing holes;
2. Welding support points at corresponding positions according to specific wear conditions;
3. The bearing holes that need to be repaired are treated with baking oil.
4. Trial assembly of bearing holes with new bearings to determine the position and coordination relationship;
5. The surface of the bearing hole to be repaired is polished by a polishing machine.
6. Use absolute ethanol to clean the surface of the grinding bearing hole.
7. Proportionally reconcile SORE carbon NANO-POLYMER materials;
8. Sorrey SD7101H was coated on the repair site.
9. Spread SORE SD7000 demoulding agent on the bearing outer ring surface to dry.
10. Install the bearing to the correct position in the hole, and make the SD7101H material of Soleil shape at the same time.
