Huawei said in a regulatory filing Wednesday that it plans to issue two batches of 3 billion yuan of medium-term notes, each with a three-year term.
Huawei said it would use the raised funds to supplement its operations, and would continue to focus on ICT infrastructure construction to provide customers with better product solutions and services.
No date of issue is given in the prospectus. The brochure shows that Huawei's medium-term bills to be registered amount to 20 billion yuan.
