John Bolton, a U.S. national security adviser, said Wednesday that North Korea's recent missile test did not violate its leader Kim Jong-un's commitment to President Trump, but that North Korea had not yet indicated when to resume working-level negotiations on denuclearization.
Although Kim Jong-un and Trump agreed at their meeting on June 30 to restart stalled negotiations, North Korea conducted short-range missile tests on Tuesday and last week.
Botton told Fox Business Network that the United States is still waiting for news on North Korea's arrangements for talks.
