1. Friction between motor bearing and bearing cover
The main reason for this failure is that there is no shortage of motor in the process of bearing cover processing or friction scratches appear in assembly, resulting in local friction phenomenon when motor bearings rotate. If it is slight friction bearing will heat, but there will be no smoke, open the motor cover inspection will find black friction marks at the friction.
If it is due to eccentricity of the inner circle of the motor bearing cover, or scratches in assembly, it will cause serious friction of the motor bearing and smoke.
