UBS shares fell about 4% in early trading.
Britain's departure minister said he was finalizing his request to the European Union
Britain's Secretary of State for Separation from Europe, Barkley, said Britain was still finalizing what demands it would make to the European Union to defuse parliamentarians'doubts about Ireland's safeguards plan.
