Xiaxle Company has received the Certificate of Certification of Railway Products issued by China Railway Inspection and Certification Center for 352226X2-2RZ type railway freight car bearings. This marks that the West Axis Company has officially obtained the "pass" for the production of this type of railway freight car bearings, and is expected to return to the ranks of manufacturing railway freight car bearings.
Railway freight car bearings used to be the fist product of the West Axis Company, but they gradually lost their market and competitiveness for various reasons. Since 2012, Xishafts has rebuilt its high-end bearing base, invested 200 million new 200,000 sets of modern railway bearing automation production lines, and re-applied for the production qualification of 352226X2-2RZ type bearings for railway freight cars. After unremitting efforts, the West Axis Company has finally developed 352226X2-2RZ type bearings for railway freight cars with higher quality standards.
Since May 2017, 80 sets of 352226X2-2RZ Truck Bearings newly manufactured by Western Axis Company have been installed on 10 trucks, and have been continuously running for one and a half years. At the end of November 2018, the China Railway Inspection and Certification Center sent experts again to inspect and measure the bearings and parts which have been verified by the actual vehicle one by one, and the quality is all qualified. So far, the West Axis Company has made great progress in its six-year efforts, laying a foundation for the manufacturing of bearings for Heavy-haul Railway Freight cars.
