The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) on Monday quoted government sources as saying that Prime Minister Teresa May will hold a parliamentary vote on her withdrawal agreement on Tuesday, January 15.
Teresa May was forced to postpone a vote on her agreement in December, after saying it would be vetoed by a majority of MPs. The British government had previously said that the vote would take place in the week of January 14.
Teresa May said Sunday that if her withdrawal agreement is vetoed by Parliament, Britain will remain in uncharted territory, although there is little evidence that she has won the support of sceptical parliamentarians.
