South Korean media reported on Wednesday that the Korean prosecutor said on Wednesday that former President Park Geun hye had evaded several allegations of bribery unfairly during the trial, and they objected to only 24 years of sentence, which they previously claimed was 30 years of sentence.
Pu Jinhui was sentenced at the end of the trial last Friday, the most important bribery case in South Korea for many years, exposing a network of corruption between political leaders and some of the big consortia.
"The central prosecutor's office in Seoul said it found some of the judgments unfairly removed some bribery charges from Park Geun hye," Yonhap reported.
The above prosecutor's office has not yet been immediately commented.
Prosecutors originally filed 18 accusations against Pu Jinhui, recommended fines of 118 billion 500 million won ($111 million 160 thousand), and 30 years' imprisonment, but the court removed two accusations.
A lawyer appointed by the government for Pu Jinhui said after trial that she might appeal, but it has not yet done so.
