Chinese Commerce Department said Friday that the WTO rules ignore the 301 investigation, China will resolutely defend the legitimate rights and interests, the next step will be to closely observe the progress of the implementation of China, once the United States will resolutely shot, China is to be comprehensive; however, the Ministry of commerce also said that at present the two sides of the communication channel is unimpeded.
Chen Fuli, director of the Ministry of Commerce, said at a news conference that the United States was suspected of abusing anti-dumping measures and trade protectionism. China will adhere to the multilateral rule and safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.
"China will resolutely defend its legitimate rights and interests. The next step will closely observe progress. Once the US implementation of China will resolutely deliver, our preparations are comprehensive," Chen Fuli said, "the details are not easy to say", and will make decisions based on the situation changes.
