The Congress of the United States Republican and Democratic leaders announced on Wednesday evening, the scale of 1 trillion and 300 billion (trillion) dollars bill to fund the government operation before September, including a $80 billion defense spending budget, but did not provide funds to President Trump's immigration plan.
