The largest U.S. cable operators Kang Custer (Comcast) (CMCSA.O) proposed $31 billion acquisition of Europe's largest pay TV Group Sky (SKYB.L), the chairman and chief executive Murdoch (Rupert Murdoch), twenty-first Century Fawkes (FOXA.O) and Walt Disney (DIS.N) Sky control program is threatened.
Kang Custer announced on Tuesday that it offered a price of 12.50 a share, higher than Fawkes's 10.75 per share. Con Kast is the largest entertainment company in the world, with the Nbc National Broadcasting Company (NBC) and Universal Pictures (global film industry).
Bob Iger of Walt Disney in another deal, including Sky, Fawkes bought $52 billion of assets.
Kang Custer's full cash takeover bid established Brian Roberts and Murdoch's tit for tat. The 86 year old Murdoch was created to help Sky, and in the UK pay TV kaijiangtuotu. Iger is also an old rival for years, after Custer tried to buy Disney in 2004.
