Hyundai Motor (005380.KS) Friday denied media coverage of its plans to introduce a holding company.
Daily Economy News Thursday quoted investment bank sources reported that Hyundai Motor and other affiliates will hold a board meeting next week to discuss the holding company's plan.
Hyundai Motor said in a regulatory document that the report was "false".
