According to a testimony of an influential business community pleaded guilty, Brazilian President Tommel agreed in favor of trying to pay a sealing fee for potential eyewitnesses in the history of Brazil's largest corruption investigation.
Tommel admitted Wednesday that he had met with Jose Washington Batista, chairman of JBS SA (JBSS3.SA) in March, but Termel denied that the former House Speaker Eduardo Cunha had been given evidence.
According to O Globo reports, allegedly Bastista holds Tommel and he discusses the recording charges he paid to Cunha by his payout. The report did not mention what they asked Cunha to reveal.

O Globo reported that Batista and his brother JBS chief executive, Wesley Batista, submitted the recording to the prosecution as part of the plea bargaining that began in March.
